Click on Sign in > once at the app sign in page, click Forgot Password & follow the prompts.

I can't use the Forgot password feature when logging into the app
If you cannot use forgot password feature, it is likely you have not signed in using your Temporary Password supplied to you.
You will have an email from flexhive with your app credentials. Please use the Usaer Name and Temporary Password provided.
If you can't find the original email, no stress. Just contact us via the Live Chat or at flexhivesupport@hudson.com and we can re-send it to you.
I signed up with an email address, but I now want to change it. How do I do this?
You cannot change the email address you used for your user name to sign in.
If you wish to change the email address we contact you on, you can do this under your profile. Go to Navigation Menu > Profile (click on Profile picture or name)
