I signed up to the flexhive app with an email address, but I now want to change it. How do I do this?

Unfortunately you can't change the email address used for your user name.

If you wish to change the email address we contact you on for notifications & correspondence, you can do this under your profile. Go to Navigation Menu > Profile (click on Profile picture or name)

If you no longer have access to the email address used for your user name, we can create you new app logins and transfer your profile across to the new one. Please email our support team at flexhivesupport@hudson.com & they can assist.
