I am engaged with Hudson as an Independent Contractor, what documents do I need to provide?

Independent Contractor

You will need to provide us with the following documentation:

• Professional Indemnity insurance - minimum amount of $1,000,000

• Public Liability Insurance - minimum amount of $1,000,000

• Workers Compensation insurance (exclusions can apply in Qld & WA where the Contractor is a director of the registered business)

• Proof of Business registration

• Proof of GST registration (if applicable)

• Current ABN
