Overview
The Profile tab in your portal records your personal and employment details. You will only be able to access your Profile if you have configured 2FA in your portal.
Once you’ve logged in and set up 2FA, go to the Profile tab to confirm your personal information has been entered so that you can be processed through payroll.
If there is mandatory data missing, you will see a banner at the top of the screen advising that your profile is incomplete. The mandatory fields that are incomplete will be marked with a red exclamation point.
Your Profile tab includes personal and payroll information in the below sections:

- Contact Details (Phone, Email, Postal Address)

- Password and security question settings
- 2FA configuration

| Employment Details |
- Pay Type
- Employment Eligibility status

| Bank Accounts |
- Bank account details for wage payments
- Additional bank account details if your wage payments are being split into multiple accounts

| Tax & Super |
- Tax information (Tax File Number, lodgement history)
- Superannuation information
|
| Pay Advices |
- Payslips for any process pay periods for the organisation, available for download
Note: pay advices will not appear in your portal if your employer uses an external payroll program

| YTD Balances |
- Balances that have been recorded in Astute for the current financial year
|
| Active Jobs |
- A list of current active jobs (ie jobs where the Start Date has passed and the Finish Date is in the future)
- The expanded view of a job includes Job Details, Timesheets, and Expenses information
|
| Inactive Jobs |
- A list of inactive jobs (ie jobs that have either finished or are yet to start)
- The expanded view of a job includes Job Details, Timesheets, and Expenses information
