They will receive an email from Timesheet Notifications advising there is a timesheet to review and approve. Within the email, there will be a secure link to click on, which will open a secure webpage for them to review the timesheet and either approve or reject.
If they don’t receive the email request, they can reach out to flexhivesupport@hudson.com or access Live Chat via our Help Centre & they can organise to re-send the link to them
