As the timesheet was submitted via the flexhive app, you can’t approve the timesheet via Astute. This is because the flexhive app manages the submission and timesheet approval process itself.
If you don’t receive the email request but your Temp advises they submitted their timesheet, please check your junk & spam folders. If you can’t find it, please reach out to flexhivesupport@hudson.com or access Live Chat via our Help Centre & they can organise to re-send the link to you.
