If you don’t receive the email request but your Temp advises they submitted their timesheet, please check your junk & spam folders.
If you can’t find it, please reach out to flexhivesupport@hudson.com or access Live Chat via our Help Centre & they can organise to re-send the link to you.
Please note as the timesheet was submitted via the flexhive app, you can’t approve the timesheet via Astute.
