When you first install the app or update to the latest version, you'll be asked to allow flexhive to use your location.
This is required for the check in/out feature, but if you are not using this feature, you can choose not to allow if you wish.
If you are using the check in/out feature, ensure you select Allow While Using App and ensure Precise location is ON
Instructions on how to do this for your device type are below

If you are using the flexhive app on a PC, you may find the location is not as accurate as a mobile device.
You may be at your worksite but it advises you are too far away. There are a couple of things you can try to resolve this:
Try and adjust your settings (Start > Privacy > Location) to allow the browser you are using to access your precise location
Then ensure you are allowing the flexhive URL access to your location
You can also install the flexhive by Hudson app onto your desktop, and give this app access to your location
